I'm a London-based designer who currently works for an independent label called Sonic Cathedral, designing many of their album and single sleeves across all formats, posters, merchandise, fanzines and T-shirts. I'm also the full time art director at a music magazine called Uncut, managing the small art department and designing their monthly issues and special one-off publications. I have a huge amount of experience designing for all kinds of print and liaising with photographers, repro houses, record manufacturers and picture libraries. I've worked on one-off tablet editions of Uncut's Ultimate Music Guides and Marie Claire's fashion spin-off Runway and I've designed for Third Man Records, Universal music and V Festival. Before this I spent four and a half years as designer and art editor of music weekly NME. I've been a designer for over 20 years, mainly on magazines, working on a wide range of titles including teen-mag J17, film title Hotdog, men's monthly Jack and The Face. I also love to screenprint at Sonsoles Print Studio in South London and my prints are available to buy.
